Adopting a sustainable diet means choosing to eat good for the planet but also good for yourself.

Our daily activity:

• We prioritize local products and go through short circuits as much as possible. Our chef regularly stocks up with fresh fish and small vegetables from the market.

• That's 72 photovoltaic panels. 10% of our electricity consumption is in solar mode.

• We do our composting with our waste. We recover an average of 6 to 10 kg of waste per day.

• We do our sorting:

- aluminum

- coffee grounds

- glasses

- bottles

At the back of the restaurant, we have set up a space reserved exclusively for staff who wish to plant green onions, pineapples, papaya trees, flowers...

Calédoclean collects glass and aluminum from the restaurant every week.
